I am interested in getting some bottles for pick up, how does that work?

Our bottle shop is live on our website and you can place orders 7 days a week for pickup. When you place your order, indicate the day and time you wish to stop by the farm for pickup. For a direct link to the bottle shop, click HERE

We are holding orders for up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your convenenice. Order now and pickup later so you don’t miss out on any new styles we release!

Can i get your beers shipped directly to me?

Thanks to our partnership with Half Time Beverage (Poughkeepsie, NY) we can now offer some of our beers directly shipped to you! Here are the states they ship to: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA

Are you open for drinking onsite?

Yes! Our hours and location are posted on our website here.

We have indoor and outdoor seating available. We have covered outdoor seating under our new pavilion! The farm has a total of 14 picnic tables available, benches, and barrel table tops. Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs, picnic blankets, etc. for your comfort, if you desire.

Do you have public restrooms available?

We have one ADA compliant bathroom that is available to anyone visiting the farm. We also have port-a-potties outdoors for patrons to use from May to October. They are stocked with hand sanitizer and we have sanitizer available at different locations on the farm.

Is your location dog friendly?

We have a 25-acre farm so there is plenty of space for furry friends during the warm days when they can easily be outside. All dogs must remain on a lease and must be dog & kid friendly. Please be respectful and clean up after your pets.

Is your location kid friendly?

Of course! You are welcome to bring your children but please remember it is a working farm and not suitable for children to be unsupervised. We have friendly goats and chickens, with plenty of space to run around outside. We stock non-alcoholic sparkling ciders, cookies, popcorn, chips . . lots of consumable items for your little ones so they too can enjoy the visit.

We have food trucks on weekends from May through October. We post the entire food truck schedule which you can find HERE

You are welcome to bring in your own food to the farm! There are many great local restaurants that you can pick up food from or have delivered directly to the farm.

Where do your ingredients come from for all your beers?

All our beers have 100% NYS ingredient only and have only 100% since our inception in 2013. Here is a list of where we source our ingredients

Base malt:

  • Farmhouse Malthouse (Newark Valley, NY) 2013-2015;

  • Hudson Valley Malt (Germantown, NY) 2016-present

Specialty grains:

  • Stone House Farm (Hudson, NY)

  • NY Craft Malt (Batavia, NY)

Hops:

  • Gro-Moore Farms (Henrietta, NY)

  • Fowler Farms (Wolcott, NY)

  • Crooked Creek & NY Hop Guild (Addison, NY)

Yeast:

  • All 100% wild yeast extracted from raw honey & honeycomb in our beehives on the farm. We coolship all our beers so there is spontaneous inoculation & ferment only in oak foeders.

Non-edibles:

  • Labels are printed by Main Printing on Main Street in Poughkeepsie

  • All cleaning supplies for the brewery are made in NY by Finger Lakes Soap Company (Van Etten, NY)

  • Fermenters made by US Barrels - NY's oldest cooperage (Wilmington, NY); Foeder Crafters (St. Louis, MO)

  • Cooperage - Spirit Labs (Newburgh, NY); Hillrock Distillery (Ancram, NY); Prospero Winery (Pleasantville, NY)

  • Brewing system - Brewmation (Fishkill, NY)
