We are doing our first bottle release at the farm on Saturday, August 26th! 

Deli tickets will be available starting at noon (please do not arrive prior to noon) and line up will begin at 3pm for bottle sales. Normal farmstand hours for that day as well, 12noon to 7pm. There is a HV Brewery can release in Beacon at noon the same day so we wanted to give people the opportunity to hit up both breweries if desired ;) 

THE BEERS:

• Pickle - cucumbers & dill from Vassar's Poughkeepsie Farm Project and from Plan Bee Farm, waves of refreshing melony cucumber & strong dill flavor are cut by a clean acidity. A flavorful beverage with surprising drinkability. The full pickle experience. $20/750mL bottle
   
• Reincarnation - a blend of cherry juice and whole sour cherries from Bittner-Singer Orchards and Fishkill Farms, aged in red wine barrels. Combined, this beer has over 1,000 lbs of cherry flavor packed into this one batch! It is by far the most fruited beer we have ever done. Absolutely, outrageously delicious! $20/750mL bottle
