Peripheral, now in its 4th year connecting an ever-expanding community of industry professionals and curious consumers in eastern Upstate New York, and Wild World, the groundbreaking festival you may have heard whispers of from Texas this past spring, will partner to bring you an extended New York weekend of tastings and idea-sharing around all beverages wild-fermented!

Peripheral, taking place in Hudson, NY, on Saturday, October 26th, and Wild World, taking place in Manhattan on Monday, October 28th, will both bring together top-notch producers of natural wine and wild-fermented beers, ciders, and meads to debunk myths and break down the barriers that have long divided fermented beverage communities with rich histories of experience, enjoyment, and experimentation.

Each fair will include a salon-style tasting and lively panel discussions centering on organic farming, wild fermentation, and getting people, whatever their pre-existing beverage preferences may be, to drink more like we do.
