Private Site Usage
Cost: $4,000 (Fridays); $5,500 (Saturdays + Sundays)
What’s Included? Bridal suite (11am access), ceremony and cocktails in the sunflower garden, covered hilltop pavilion for cocktail hour + dancing, dining tent, bar staff, 48 hour locked storage of personal items, garbage removal, parking

Venue Coordination
Cost: $1,500
What’s Included? One planning walk-through with venue coordinator and caterer. Day of venue coordination which includes greeting vendors, managing wedding timeline, rentals setup + breakdown (includes linens + flatware), garbage removal, cleanup of personal items.
What’s Excluded? Decorative services; florist; entertainment; photography; officiant
Rentals
Cost: Begins at $6,000
What’s Included? Bathroom trailer (mandatory), dining tent (mandatory), tables + chairs (ceremony + dinner), linens, assorted vintage plates for dessert service

Beverage Service
Cost: Begins at $40 p/p + tax + gratuity
What’s Included? 5 hours of inclusive beer, wine, and hard cider “ground-to-glass” beverage service. Canned cocktails are available at a $15 p/p (+ tax + gratuity) add-on, Full service cocktail menu available upon negotiation.
What’s Excluded? Catering must be arranged separately with our exclusive catering partner.
THE (not so) FINE PRINT
We request that all renters, vendors, and guests practice eco-sensitivity while utilizing our farm. This includes no alterations/manipulations to the rental site and surrounding landscape. Modest decorations in keeping with the natural surroundings are allowed so long as they are limited to fresh florals and free-standing signage. Absolutely no glitter, confetti or balloons!
Renters will be permitted to drop off personal items for overnight storage between 1pm - 3pm the day before the event. Vendors will be permitted access to the site at 10am on the day of the event. Renters will be permitted access to the site at 11am on the day of the event. All personal items must be removed by 12pm the day after the event; any items not picked up by 12pm will be disposed of in a method suitable to venue operations.
Rossi’s Alimentari is Plan Bee’s exclusive catering partner. Other catering options (including food trucks) may be considered on a case by case basis pending proper permitting and venue pre-screening.
Beverage Packages maintain a 50 person minimum Fridays - Sundays and a 30 person minimum for Mondays-Thursdays.
Plan Bee is a state certified Farm Brewery and as such we proudly serve only NYS Farm products. No outside alcohol will be permitted under any circumstance.
While we strive to be as accessible as possible, we are a working farm with inherent limitations. As such, we strongly encourage everyone to visit the farm for a walk-through prior to booking to be absolutely sure a farm wedding is appropriate for your community. The property is predominantly gravel, stone, and dirt pathways, with one step-up into the bridal suite. We will always have an ADA restroom available for guests, and are always happy to discuss creative ways to provide accommodations for individual needs.
